My ex’s wife signed and agreed a consent order, and she has a house but in trust to the children, settlement and maintenance. After 6 years her new legal team wants to change the consent order as she wants to sell the house but not put the new house she buys in a trust for the children is this legal ?

My agreed mou was amended without my consent so I would not sign the amended version of it. We are now going through the court on a final hearing. The judge says they can not go behind an agreed MOU and I should honor it as it’s legally binding. Is this true

I pay all the bills and mortgage. To be clear, WHEN we sell, she gets half, never been a problem. BUT, she stopped me from going to my house, I can’t get to use MY car and most improtantly, She’s turned both of my kids against me.
They ignore texts and calls. I’ve been out of the house for nearly 10 months.
