Looking to get divorced 10 years after I left husband very complicated as he lives in the house with a joint mortgage but hasn’t paid it for 2 years so huge debt and mortgage company are allowing it he refuses to sell or agree to give me half of anything
I have been married for twenty five years and been living together for 30 years. My partner had bought a house about six years before we started living together. I’m I entitled to a share of the property. We also have two kids together
Thanks Tracey.
My agreed mou was amended without my consent so I would not sign the amended version of it. We are now going through the court on a final hearing. The judge says they can not go behind an agreed MOU and I should honor it as it’s legally binding. Is this true
Hi.
My wife kicked me out of the house (in front of my daughter, so that I wouldn’t argue..)
I pay all the bills and mortgage. To be clear, WHEN we sell, she gets half, never been a problem. BUT, she stopped me from going to my house, I can’t get to use MY car and most improtantly, She’s turned both of my kids against me.
They ignore texts and calls. I’ve been out of the house for nearly 10 months.
I would like a free financial guide
