Day to day role
Jessica joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in April 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor. Jessica’s role is to assist Tracey with her caseload and liaise with clients, opponents and third parties. This can involve taking client instructions, drafting divorce petitions and statements, uploading documents on the court portal, drafting financial orders, and preparing court forms and bundles.
Jessica enjoys building a rapport with clients and is dedicated to obtaining the best possible outcome for them during the most difficult time of their lives.
Career history and experience
Jessica has passed the Legal Practice Course with a distinction, before joining the firm as a trainee.
Jessica has previous experience in two London law firms as a paralegal in real estate and family departments. She has a wealth of experience working in the legal industry and hopes to pursue a successful career as a family solicitor in the future.
Out of work
Jessica enjoys being active and can often be found cycling, running or at a Pilates class. She loves a challenge and has recently completed the Paris marathon.
