Day to day role
Kateryna’s role is an administrative assistant within Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd. Kateryna is responsible for all administrative work in the office, including filing documents, printing, scanning, photocopying and generally keeping files in an orderly manner. Kateryna will also prepare bundles and scan large volumes of paperwork to both the court and the other side when involved in the litigation process. 

Career history and experience
Kateryna was a legal adviser in Ukraine, where she is originally from. Her duties included: preparation of documents for court, representation in court, writing statements and official letters etc. Due to the war in her native country in June 2022 she came to the UK, before eventually joining Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in 2024. Kateryna wishes to continue her career within law and is thoroughly enjoying her time and experience within the family law department. 

Out of work
Outside of work, Kateryna is a mother of two daughters. Taking care of her children takes up most of her time after work. She also loves exploring new places in England with her family.
