Finance Course

This course is designed to assist you with obtaining a financial order during or
following your divorce.
Tracey will take you through the two different processes on how you can do that,
this being by consent or where there is not an agreement.
Tracey will show you example financial orders when parties are in agreement, along
with the forms that are needed to submit to the courts. Tracey will also go through
the court process when the matter is contested, informing you of the process, what
to expect at each hearing along with all the documents required to be completed
during the proceedings.
