Catherine joined Tracey Moloney Family Law in early March 2024 as a solicitor working with Tracey.
Career history & experience
Catherine studied Law and Criminology at the University of Central Lancashire and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of West of England, Bristol.
Catherine has over 15 years’ experience specialising in family law matters, including Divorce, Financial remedy, TOLATA, Private Law Children, injunctions, and pre/post-nuptial settlements. Catherine’s focus is on ensuring clients receive tailored and effective legal solutions.
It is Catherine’s aim to provide quality legal advice with compassion, sympathy, and tact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client care. She maintains composure in challenging situations, advocating a conciliatory and collaborative approach wherever possible to minimise the financial and emotional impact on her clients.
Outside of work
Catherine enjoys going out for meals and avoiding cooking for her family whenever possible. Much like Tracey, Catherine’s second job of caring for her two young children takes up most of her free time but when she isn’t running around with them, she will be found drinking tea on the sofa with a good book!
