With a respected reputation for accessible and knowledgeable legal advice, Tracey started her Legal Queen journey on TikTok. She quickly became a trusted voice across the UK and beyond. The firm prides itself on providing clear, practical guidance in divorce, property division, child arrangements, spousal support and more. Tracey Moloney

Career History/Experience

Tracey studied at Newcastle University. Her first degree being in English Literature and Business Studies. From there she gained employment as a Legal Secretary at a criminal law firm where she first developed her love of law. She then moved to Australia and completed her second-degree, Juris Doctorate in law. Tracey then began her legal career as a Barrister where she quickly developed a love for family law. Upon returning to the UK, she decided to continue her legal career but as a family law solicitor to be able to incorporate more of a family life.
Since then Tracey has featured on live radio shows, to give her view on changes within the law. She is also a lecturer at Bristol University and has a large presence on social media as ‘The Legal Queen’.

Outside of work

Tracey enjoys a glass of prosecco on a Friday evening, curled up next to her three Miniature Dashaud’s and Shih Tzu. She is a big fan of Strictly, Come Dine with Me and any crime drama series! On the weekend she starts her second job, knee deep in washing and looking after her four sons and husband.

Day to day role

Catherine joined Tracey Moloney Family Law in early March 2024 as a Solicitor working closely with Tracey. Catherine’s role involves working directly with clients, meeting them both face-to-face and remotely to take detailed instructions and provide comprehensive legal advice. She is responsible for drafting legal documents and correspondence, managing communications with the court, clients, and opponents, and ensuring that each case progresses efficiently and effectively.

Catherine is committed to supporting clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. She prides herself on offering clear, practical guidance and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for every client, combining professionalism with a compassionate and approachable manner.

Career history & experience

Catherine studied Law and Criminology at the University of Central Lancashire and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
Catherine has over 15 years’ experience specialising in family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, TOLATA, private law children, injunctions, and pre- and post-nuptial settlements. Her focus is on ensuring clients receive tailored and effective legal solutions.
It is Catherine’s aim to provide quality legal advice with compassion, sympathy, and tact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client care. She maintains composure in challenging situations, advocating a conciliatory and collaborative approach wherever possible to minimise the financial and emotional impact on her clients.
Outside of work
Catherine enjoys going out for meals and avoiding cooking for her family whenever possible. Catherine’s second job of caring for her two young children takes up most of her free time, but when she isn’t running around with them, she can be found relaxing on the sofa with a good book and a cup of tea.

Jessica Orrells

Jessica is a newly qualified solicitor, having completed her training contract with us in October 2025. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at the University of Law, followed by the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University.

Jessica has experience across a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, TOLATA claims, private law children cases, injunctions, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
She is committed to building strong client relationships and strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for those she represents. Jessica remains calm under pressure and promotes a collaborative approach wherever appropriate, helping to reduce the financial and emotional impact on her clients.

Out of work

Jessica enjoys being active and can often be found cycling, running or at a Pilates class. She loves a challenge and has recently completed the Paris marathon.

Lauren Tate

Day to day role

Lauren joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in July 2024 as a Paralegal. Laurens role is to assist Catherine, one of the family law solicitors, with her caseload both contested and consented, correspond with clients as well as opponents and the courts. Lauren also helps by drafting letters, applications, financial orders and uploading documents to the court portal

Career history & experience

Lauren successfully achieved her first-class honours degree in law and in addition has completed the legal practice course. Lauren looks forward to growing within the firm and pursuing her dream career as a family law solicitor. Lauren chose family law because she wanted to help people through some of their most difficult times in their lives.

Outside of work

Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends which includes going out for food and drinks.

Charlie Harts

Charlie Harts

Legal Assistant

Day to day role

Charlie has been a member of the team since May 2025, as a legal assistant providing support to Tammie and Vicky. Her role is to keep the clients' files catalogued and up to date, to write up letters and any necessary documents and keep the calendar updated for upcoming hearings and Court deadlines, as well as ensuring the office is well-stocked and organised.

Career history and experience

Charlie has studied English Literature in Wales and Canada and graduated with a first-class master’s degree in 2023. She has previously worked in marketing for a children’s book subscription service but decided on a role in family law to use her written language and communication skills for a good cause in an industry as vital as family law.

Out of work

Charlie is passionate about literature and the environment, and in her spare time likes to read, volunteer at her local library, as well as visiting museums, the cinema or live music events. She loves to spend time outdoors and has also recently fostered two kittens.

Vicky Morgan

Day-to-Day Role

Vicky started with us in October 2023 and is a Paralegal within Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd. Vicky supports Catherine on a day-to-day basis.

Vicky helps with responding to correspondence Catherine may receive into the firm or sending correspondence out.

Career History & Experience

Vicky is also a qualified Dental Nurse, which she carried out for 8 years before changing roles within Dentistry and taking on the role as Front of House, Lead Receptionist and Treatment coordinator. Vicky enjoys working as part of a team and also individually. Vicky chose family law because she is has always had an interest in the industry and is looking forward to expanding her skills within the company.

Outside of work

Outside of work Vicky enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, watching films and visiting new places. Vicky also enjoys regular stays in Swanage in Dorset with her family for days out and holidays.

Olivia Boyes

Olivia joined us in 2025 as a Legal Assistant within Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd. Olivia supports the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting with client correspondence and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Career history & experience

Olivia is currently studying towards her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has achieved distinctions in both her first and second year modules. Before joining the firm, Olivia worked for several years as a Teaching Assistant, developing excellent organisation and communication skills, and as a Dental Nurse, where she gained valuable experience in compliance, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Olivia has always had a strong interest in law and chose to pursue a legal career to combine her skills in organisation and problem-solving with her passion for helping people.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her three children, cooking, reading and planning family days out. She also likes to relax by watching films and trying out new recipes.

William Fenney

William Fenney

Videographer / Editor

Day to day role

Billy joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in May 2025 as a Videographer / Editor. His role involves planning, filming, editing, and creating content across The Legal Queen’s social media platforms.

He produces videos and thumbnails for The Legal Queen Youtube channel, as well as creates reels and short-form content for other platforms, helping to ensure the firm’s online presence is creative, engaging, and consistent.

Career history & experience

After studying Film Production BSc at Nottingham Trent University, where he graduated with a 1st with honours and won the Best Film Award, Billy moved into online content creation. He has spent the past three years building his experiences in YouTube production, developing a wide range of skills from pre-production planning through to final edits and graphics. With a strong creative eye and technical ability, he is passionate about producing engaging content that educates and connects with audiences.

Outside of work

Outside of the studio, Billy is a big Aston Villa and Lewis Hamilton fan, so on the weekends you’ll often find him with a pint in his hand, watching the football and F1. He also loves socialising with friends / family, online gaming and playing golf.

Day to Day Role

Ryan joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in July 2025. He manages the onboarding process for all new clients and works closely with Tracey on a day-to-day basis to coordinate and manage her diary effectively.

Career History & Experience

Ryan spent over 10 years in the dental industry, progressing from a Dental Nurse to Practice Manager. Seeking a new challenge, he made the transition into family law, where he brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client care. Ryan thrives both in team environments and when working independently, always taking ownership of his responsibilities.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys keeping fit and going on long countryside walks with his dog. He can often be found with a soup bowl sized cup of tea.

Olivia Scott-Pederson

Day to day role:

Olivia joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in September 2025 as a paralegal. Olivia assists Tracey, senior solicitor and director, with her caseload on both contested and consented matters relating to both children and finances.

Career history & experience:

Olivia completed her undergraduate law degree in 2022 before then completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2023 and thereafter completing her Masters in Law in 2025. Olivia centred her masters dissertation around international parental child abduction and focussed on the complexities of when a child is abducted by a parent and taken across international borders, before exploring how these complexities can be navigated and suggesting how the law can be reformed.

Before jumping back into family law, Olivia worked within the crown court team within a criminal law firm in the centre of Bristol. Olivia is excited about growing in a professional capacity within the firm, and looks forward to what the future holds as a family law solicitor.

Outside of work:

In Olivia's free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and playing the cello.

Charlotte started with us in August 2025 and is a Paralegal within Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd. Charlotte works closely with Tracey on a day-to-day basis. Charlotte helps with responding to correspondence Tracey may receive into the firm or sending correspondence out.

Career history & experience

Charlotte successfully achieved her first-class honours degree in law and in addition has completed the solicitors' qualifying exams. Charlotte looks forward to growing within the firm and pursuing her dream career as a family law solicitor. Charlotte chose family law because she is has always had an interest in the industry and she wanted to help people through some of their most difficult times in their lives.

Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, travelling and yoga.

Tammie Scrivens

Tammie Scrivens

Day to day role

Tammie is a Paralegal at Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd, providing essential support across a broad range of family law matters. She works closely with Jess, our newly qualified solicitor, assisting on both contested and consented cases. Tammie plays a key role in managing daily casework.

Her responsibilities include typing legal documents on behalf of Jess such as letters, applications, and financial orders, corresponding with clients, opponents, and the courts, and ensuring that all documents are accurately uploaded to the court portal.

She began her journey with the firm as an Office Junior, quickly proving herself as a reliable and capable team member. She progressed to supporting fixed-fee clients and was later promoted to Paralegal in recognition of her expanding expertise and her commitment
to delivering excellent client care.

Career history & experience

Tammie studied Business at A-Level before beginning her professional career in the hospitality industry. She later took on a role as Office Manager for a Wiltshire-based company, where she oversaw a team of five, managed diaries, and supported financial operations.

Her personal experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, including purchasing her first home, sparked an interest in the legal processes involved. Inspired to make a meaningful impact, she chose to pursue a career in family law, drawn by its human focus and the opportunity to support people through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Outside of work

Tammie has a strong passion for animals and countryside life. She owns three horses, a goat, and two dachshunds, and spends much of her free time caring for them. She’s a regular attendee at country shows and never misses the annual Badminton Horse Trials.
