Meet the Team
Day-to-day role
Harpreet joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in October 2025. Harpreet assists Tracey with her varied caseload, focusing on finances and children.
Career history/experience
Harpreet completed her undergraduate law degree at Bournemouth University before developing her legal knowledge in Wiltshire and City based law firms.
Harpreet has over 3 years experience in areas of conveyancing, dispute resolution, probate and public and private family law, giving her a well-rounded level of knowledge.
Harpreet has assisted in many consented and contested family law matters dealing primarily with financial remedies and private children and now works directly with Tracey as her senior trainee solicitor.
Harpreet has completed the SQE route to qualification and is looking to qualify as a solicitor in February 2026 completing the SQE route to qualification.
Outside of work
In Harpreet’s free time, she enjoys long walks, cooking and going out to eat some great food.

Day-to-day Role
Charlie has been a member of the team since May 2025, and is a legal secretary providing support to Harpreet with her caseload. Her role involves reaching out to both clients and the courts, keeping files up to date and organised, scheduling appointments with clients and preparing all the necessary documents.Career History/Experience
Charlie has studied English Literature in Swansea and Canada and graduated with a first-class master’s degree in 2023. She has previously worked in marketing for a children’s book subscription service but came to Tracey Moloney Family Law to use her written language and communication skills for a good cause in an industry as vital as family law.
Outside of work
Charlie is passionate about literature and the environment, and in her spare time likes to read, volunteer at her local library, as well as visiting museums, the cinema or live music events. She loves to spend time outdoors, or with her five cats.

Day-to-day Role
Lauren joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in July 2024 as a Paralegal and became a Trainee Solicitor in July 2025. Lauren's role is to assist Tracey with both her contested and consented caseload. This involves corresponding with clients, the courts and counsel as well as drafting letters, applications, financial orders and court preparationCareer History/Experience
Lauren successfully achieved her first-class honours degree in law and in addition has completed the legal practice course. Lauren looks forward to growing within the firm and pursuing her dream career as a family law solicitor. Lauren chose family law because she wanted to help people through some of their most difficult times in their lives.
Outside of work
Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends which includes going out for food and drinks.

Olivia joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in September 2025 as a paralegal, working closely with Lauren, Trainee Solicitor, assisting with her caseload on both contested and consented matters relating to both children and financesCareer History/Experience
Olivia completed her undergraduate law degree in 2022 before then completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2023 and thereafter completing her Masters in Law in 2025. Olivia centred her masters dissertation around international parental child abduction and focussed on the complexities of when a child is abducted by a parent and taken across international borders, before exploring how these complexities can be navigated and suggesting how the law can be reformed.
Before jumping back into family law, Olivia worked within the crown court team within a criminal law firm in the centre of Bristol. Olivia is excited about growing in a professional capacity within the firm, and looks forward to what the future holds as a family law solicitor.
Outside of work
In Olivia's free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and playing the cello.

Day-to-day Role
Polina joined Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd in March 2026 as a Legal Secretary. In her role, she provides administrative and organisational support to Lauren, Trainee Solicitor, assisting with the day-to-day management of supporting clients throughout their matters by helping to maintain efficient communication and assisting with the preparation of correspondence and legal documents.Career History/Experience
After relocating to the UK, she completed her A-Levels in Criminology, Psychology and Sociology in June 2025. Her studies gave her a strong understanding of human behaviour and social issues, which she brings into her work within family law. Prior to joining the legal team, Polina gained valuable experience working in hospitality, where she developed excellent organisational and customer service skills.
