Day to day role
Tammie’s role is a Paralegal within Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd. Tammie is generally the first person you speak to when you call the office. She plays an integral role in client onboarding and assists in the management of all the office diaries and arranging client appointments. She is also responsible for organizing and maintaining clients’ files which involves working closely with the team to provide administrative assistance on all matters. Tammie started with the firm as a legal assistant, and then progressed to helping with the fixed fee client matters and has now been promoted to a paralegal. Tammie keeps on top of ensuring the office is well organised and in stock of all office and stationary needs including Friday treats for the team.

Career history & experience
Tammie studied business at A level before attaining employment within the hospitality industry. Tammie then accepted a role as an office manager for a Wiltshire based company where she was responsible for organising a team of 5 to include diary management and accounts support. During covid, Tammie purchased her first property. Tammie has decided on a career in Family Law, because she is deeply interested in the human aspect of law and how the law can help people during some of their most vulnerable periods, including family issues and relationship breakdown.

Outside of work
Outside of work, Tammie has a huge passion for animals. She owns 3 horses, 1 goat and 2 dachshunds. She also loves to attend country shows and is a regular at the annual Badminton horse trials.
