About the Position:

Tracey Moloney Family Law LTD is seeking an Office Junior to join our team. We are looking for people who put client’s first, are enthusiastic, committed and who show the initiative to go one step further to succeed. In return you will be given real responsibility that will allow you to learn on the job and develop lifelong skills. You’ll gain practical experience in a supportive and friendly environment by working on important cases for clients.   • File management/filing
  • General office admin
  • Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries, taking messages.

Tracey Moloney Family Law Ltd is seeking a Family Solicitor to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing legal services to clients who are nationwide. Tracey Moloney Family Law Limited is a small business. We are an ambitious and well-established law firm committed to providing a very high quality service. We have a large social media presence known as the ‘The Legal Queen’ and a strong reputation for providing a service that assists people in representing themselves within the family court.

We are looking for a Family Lawyer (Solicitor) ideally with at least some pre-qualified experience of the relevant work types, to join the Family Department, providing quality advice to clients and supporting colleagues and assisting with the ongoing development of the department and firm overall. Duties and responsibilities:

- Drafting court applications for divorce, children’s applications, financial
applications, non molestation applications, TOLATA applications.
- Provide advice to clients on the above matters
- Be responsible for a full case load
- Managing client expectations
- Maintaining client records including but not limited to client
correspondence, client files, billing records, etc.
- Preparing briefs for clients as needed.
Assisting with other duties as assigned by management

Salary:

- £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
