Children Course

This course is designed to assist you with obtaining a children’s order. Tracey will go
into detail about how to complete the following applications; a child arrangements
order, a prohibited steps order and a specific issues order.
The course will also touch on enforcement orders, for when the other parent does
not abide by an order already in place.
During the course, Tracey will go through the forms that are required to be
completed and submitted to the courts, as well as inform you of the processes and
what to expect when at court.
Going through court proceedings is a difficult time for all families. Tracey’s aim with
this course is to relieve some of the pressure financially by showing how you can do
